MiniMe is a private, single-user application. It is used exclusively by its owner and operator, and is not distributed, sold, or made available to any other person or organization.

Data MiniMe can access

With its owner's explicit authorization, MiniMe can access two distinct kinds of Google account data:

File metadata search. MiniMe can search across the owner's Google Drive for files by name, returning only metadata — file name, type, and last-modified date — so it can locate a file the owner refers to by name. This metadata search never includes, and cannot retrieve, the contents of any file.

File content access. MiniMe can read or write the contents of a Google Drive file, Google Sheet, or Google Doc, but only for files it creates on the owner's instruction, or files the owner has explicitly identified — by name, link, or direct request — for a specific task. MiniMe does not read or modify the content of any file the owner has not explicitly created or requested.

Data sharing

MiniMe does not sell, share, transmit, or otherwise disclose any accessed data to any third party. All processing happens under the direct control of MiniMe's owner.

Data retention

MiniMe retains data only as needed to carry out the specific task it was asked to perform, and does not use accessed data for any purpose beyond the owner's own requests.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, analytics, tracking, or advertising of any kind.

Revoking access

MiniMe's access to a Google account can be revoked at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions .
